because our next stop is SAGADA

since jem and i havent been able to go to Sagada, we decided to finally plan it and drag along kei with us. it was actually a way to ease my upcoming frustration on my birthday trip. shet! but it really did. this trip gave an amount of happiness that i could keep in the next two years i think. haha.

the whole a trip was a mixture of immeasurable happiness, tiresome, few booboos and not to mention near death experiences...not as simple as falling of one level of the terraces beause that would be so pathetic. ours was nearly being torn into pieces by around 5 stray dogs; waiting for light to come inside a cold, cramped (with very low ceiling) cave, with our faces almost kissing each other, our feet soaked to a very cold running water at oo naiihi pa ko. shet. and of course countless ghosts encounters, diba jem?haha..

we all left with sleepy, tired heads yet happy ones. it was indeed a fruitful experience for all of us :)

because we're going to make new memories

my old floral backpack gave up on me on our trip to mount daguldol and so is my old nike rubber shoes that i have to leave that resulted to me trekking down a mountain with marye's maluwag havaianas. God! super sakit sa ankles. anyway, i was thinking of buying a new backpack for my trips when i saw this bag at toby's. super in love ako kaagad. but it took two months for me to have the courage to spend this amount of money. yeah, its like buying a cheap phone but then i've outgrew gadgets already (ang tanda ko na!). naisip ko, i can put plastics or foam inside it at pwede ko na sya yakapin habang natutulog ako..

i went home one day in bulacan and found my old bangka diesel slippers that did not even gave up on our river trekking in aurora. i've thought of my old bag and dreamt of the good memories we have shared. now i'm just waiting for the pet bottle kids to stop by our house and just give it to them. hoping they could still use it and build the same level of happy memories i've had with that bag..

it may not be the super lite version that i was able to buy (dahil wala sa pilipinas) but hey ROX at boni hight street has the same item in red! super nice! (twice pa ko na bumalik ng ROX at iniisip ko pa talaga kung bibilin ko). ngayon akin na sya :) super happy and super excited to bring along this thing on my trips and on building more happy memories.....
